Supersmith was the name of the Brooklyn workshop where the 3Scooter was born. During three hot, humid summer months in 2018 the first prototype first took shape and then took to the streets. Since then, we’ve come a long way, both literally - we moved back to the UK - and metaphorically - we’ve learned a LOT.

The 3Scooter today is the result of a grand collaboration with you, our users, through interviews, workshops, conversations and test days. And that is why Supersmith has become the right name for us: the maker - or “smith” - is all of us. And if that is not super, we don’t know what is. 

We hope you like the name but, more importantly, we hope you want to join us on the journey: making it ever easier for people with walking difficulty to simply get on with their lives.
